178 product exclusions from the Section 301 tariffs on Chinese-origin goods lapse at 11:59 p.m. ET, and the underlying duties resume on covered products entered from November 10. Rates run by list, from 7.5 percent on List 4A to 25 percent on Lists 1 to 3.
