Manufacturers of products containing intentionally added PFAS sold in Minnesota file their first report with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, covering the purpose of the PFAS and the amount in each product. An extension to 14 December 2026 is available.
What it means for your product: The report asks for intentionally added PFAS product by product, which has to be built up from part-level declarations. Z2 assesses parts against PFAS restrictions using the declarations and certificates already on file, and opens supplier outreach for the parts with nothing behind them.
See your exposure →Every deadline is now on the page. We'll also email you when a date changes or a new one is added.
It assesses every part in your product against the regulation behind the date and marks each one Affected or Not Affected, with the manufacturer declaration or certificate attached as the evidence. When a substance list moves, the assessment reruns and the change shows up as a part status, not as news you have to chase.
RoHS, REACH SVHC, SCIP, PFAS, TSCA, the EU Battery Regulation, ESPR substances of concern, conflict minerals and the regional RoHS variants, among 100+ in total. Each has its own page setting out what the assessment covers and where it stops.
Compliance Manager separates the parts with a declaration covering the regulation from the parts with nothing behind them, and Supplier Outreach chases the gap: requests go out, responses are tracked, and the documents land against the part. Coverage on day one is typically 80 percent of parts from Z2's existing declaration and certificate database.
Those sit with different products. Supply Chain Watch maps parts to the manufacturing sites and sub-tier suppliers behind them, which is what an export control or a forced labour listing actually reaches. Supplier Insights scores suppliers across 8 risk categories and screens them against 31 sanctions lists, including the UFLPA Entity List.
Yes. Z2 Enterprise Hub holds the parts, suppliers, sites, compliance status and risk scores on one record, so a date on this calendar can be answered against your own product rather than looked up regulation by regulation.
Upload a bill of materials and Z2 assesses every part against the substance lists and regulations on this calendar, with the manufacturer documentation behind each status.
