Halogen-Free Material Verification

Compliance Manager reads the material declaration behind each part and measures its chlorine, bromine, and total-halogen content against the halogen-free thresholds in IEC 61249-2-21. Any part over a limit is flagged, and the chlorine, bromine, and total-halogen figures are broken out so you can see exactly which threshold it crosses.

Halogen content is pulled from Z2's database of full material declarations and certificates, backed by downloadable manufacturer documentation. That evidence travels with the assessment, so you can show the measured chlorine, bromine, and total-halogen values behind every status rather than relying on an unverified claim.

An affected part contains a halogen worth tracking but still sits within the halogen-free limits, while an over-threshold part exceeds a chlorine, bromine, or total-halogen cap. Compliance Manager separates the two, so a part that reports halogen content is never confused with one that fails the specification, and you can see the exact figures behind each result.
