Overview
The Market Intelligence Module is a premium add-on to Z2 Part Risk Manager. It shows you where price, stock, and lead time are moving across the electronics market, and how the parts on your own BOM compare. See which corners of the market are getting pressed before it reaches a quote, find savings your preferred distributors are not giving you, and catch the parts that will not arrive in time for your build while there is still time to secure them. Three years of history sits behind every part, and alerts and a monthly market report keep watch for you between reviews.
Price, stock, and lead time shift by commodity, often months before the change shows up in a quote. The module shows those shifts across the whole market, down to sub-categories like MLCCs or high-speed ADCs, so you can see where pressure is building and where to start looking in your own supply chain.
Compare up to five manufacturers on one chart with three years of history, or look up a single part and see how each distributor is pricing and stocking it. You know who offers the best price and the most continuity before you place the order.
Upload a BOM and the module prices every part at the price break that matches the quantity you actually need, at the distributors you prefer, in the order you rank them. It then checks every other channel and shows where your BOM would cost less, listing another seller only when it beats your preferred ones. Parts with no pricing at your preferred distributors stand out too, so you know where to request a quote.
Set your start of production date and filter to the parts that will not arrive in time, or that are out of stock. Those are the biggest threats to a build, and you see them while there is still time to act. Your contract pricing sits alongside the market price and stays private to your account.
Set alerts on the parts and commodities that matter to you, by percent change or a value you choose, and Z2 emails your team the day they cross it.

No. Your contract pricing is private to your account. Z2 does not use it for anonymized benchmarks or anywhere else outside your account.
