Substance Regulations
Assess every part on your BOM for the hazardous substances UK RoHS restricts in electronics sold into Great Britain, and see which parts are clear, which carry a regulated substance, and which fall out of compliance.
UK RoHS restricts the same hazardous substances as the EU but is enforced on its own for the Great Britain market. Compliance Manager assesses your whole BOM against it, so here is what you get.
How Z2 helps
Most of your BOM assessed against the UK RoHS list on day one from Z2's FMD and CoC database.
Each part returned Affected, Not Affected, or Noncompliant.
Compliance status at every level of the product hierarchy.
CoCs, FMDs, and supplier documentation behind every assessment.
Z2-led campaigns collect the FMDs and CoCs you're missing.
Notified when a substance restriction or exemption changes.

Upload your BOM and every part is assessed against the UK RoHS substance list at once.
Source documentation
Each status comes from Z2's declaration and certificate database, with downloadable manufacturer documentation.
What UK RoHS adds
UK RoHS restricts the same hazardous substances as the EU, but it is a distinct regulation you meet on its own to sell into Great Britain.
One platform
UK RoHS is one of more than 270 global regulations Compliance Manager assesses on the same BOM.
In practice
Your BOM is checked against the UK RoHS substance list the moment you upload it, no wait.
One part carries its UK, EU, and China RoHS status together, so one pass answers each market.
Full material disclosure tests each part against the 0.1% limit instead of assuming it is under.
FMDs and certificates sit behind every status, ready when a customer or auditor asks for proof.
Status rolls up from each part to the finished product, so you release with the full picture.
Alerts flag a substance restriction or exemption change early, before it holds a shipment.
Part of
automated material compliance across 270+ regulations, so RoHS, REACH, PFAS, conflict minerals, and more stay audit-ready.
Common Questions
UK RoHS restricts the same substances at the same thresholds as EU RoHS, with administrative differences: Great Britain uses UKCA marking (the CE mark stays accepted while the regimes remain aligned) and Northern Ireland follows EU RoHS under the Windsor Framework. Because the substances match, Compliance Manager produces a distinct UK RoHS status from the same BOM you already assess for EU RoHS, with no separate data collection.
Lead, mercury, cadmium, and hexavalent chromium, plus the PBB and PBDE flame retardants and four phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, DIBP), each assessed at the homogeneous-material level against the 0.1% weight limit (0.01% for cadmium).
Statuses are drawn from Z2's database of manufacturer declarations and certificates of compliance, with downloadable documentation attached, so you can show the basis for every Affected, Not Affected, or Noncompliant designation for the Great Britain market.
